Today, USP Group announces the acquisition of majority stake in Vanatari International. Vanatari International with their Vegavero brand is one of the most successful companies in the field of food supplements in e-commerce channel in Europe. The six-year-old company has built an exquisite business of more than 140 vegan products in several Western European countries available in on-line channel.

The acquisition furthers USP Group’s business objectives by strengthening the company’s presence in high-growth wellness area and supports USP Group’s commitment to self-care while accelerating existing Company’s advanced digital capabilities.
