Once again, for our employees from Warsaw and Wrocław, we have prepared activities for the
occasion of World Health Day.
Trainer Katarzyna Bigos demonstrated how to get back in shape after winter. Our employees,
through a meeting with a psychologist, learned how to train strong willpower, and could also make use of
massages: with argan oil, physiotherapeutic, or hand massages. There were also examinations and
consultations with an internist.
Together with dietitian Małgorzata Różańska, we prepared healthy lunchboxes and talked about
the benefits of native “superfoods”. In the second half of the day, employees could participate in
workshops on tea flavors and barista skills. In Wrocław, there was also a professional
fire safety training.
