STOPERAN OTC drug (Loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg) hard capsules

Paracetamol 500 mg

**Indications for use**: Use in the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to loperamide hydrochloride or any excipients. Conditions in which slowing of intestinal peristalsis is undesirable due to the possible risk of severe complications, including intestinal obstruction, megacolon, and toxic megacolon. Treatment with Stoperan should be discontinued immediately if constipation, abdominal bloating, or intestinal obstruction occurs. Intestinal obstruction. Acute ulcerative colitis, acute hemorrhagic colitis, pseudomembranous colitis, especially associated with the administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics. Acute dysentery with blood in the stool and accompanied by fever. Bacterial inflammation of the small intestine and colon caused by pathogenic bacteria of the genus Salmonella, Shigella, and Campylobacter. The drug should not be used in children under 6 years of age.
