Let’s take care of each other – educational campaign by the Berimal brand

The mission of the Berimal brand is to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, as part of the “Let’s Take Care of Each Other” campaign that launched in September, the brand decided to assess the level of knowledge among Poles concerning cholesterol, metabolism, and physical activity, and to support the development of new, good habits that improve quality of life, cultivated together with our loved ones.

After the pandemic, let’s take care of our loved ones

According to estimates, up to 20 million Poles struggle with elevated cholesterol levels. Many people are not aware of what the norm is, which confirms that the problem is truly serious. Additionally, during the pandemic, the health of a large part of the society significantly deteriorated. Stress, metabolic process disorders, or lack of activity led, among other things, to weight gain, and due to hindered interpersonal contacts, proper care for loved ones was impossible. The slow return to normalcy is a perfect opportunity to, in line with the main slogan of the campaign, take care of each other again and collectively motivate each other to act.

Building Daily Habits with Loved Ones

Key to maintaining proper metabolism and cholesterol levels are daily habits in the areas of physical activity and healthy eating. Building them requires consistency and regularity. Family and friends’ support, which helps maintain proper motivation, also proves to be extremely valuable. Encouraging the development of daily habits together with our loved ones is precisely the goal of the Berimal brand campaign.

Robert Korzeniowski and a wide range of influencers, including Olga Smile, Praktykulinarnych, Dieta bez diety, The Happy Family, and many others, were invited to participate in the campaign. Authorities from the world of sports, experts known for their culinary journeys, as well as internet personalities followed by thousands of fans on social media, will ensure effective communication in the key areas of the campaign. In addition to influencer activities, the strategy also includes other communication efforts, such as collaboration with Grupa WP.

The Berimal brand campaign is conducted on many levels, allowing us to reach a wide audience with an important message. We involved influencers of various ages, along with their loved ones, to show that it’s worth taking care of not only one’s own health but also that of family and friends. We want to make Poles aware that it is primarily small steps in the form of daily habits that bring the best results. Physical activity combined with a balanced diet, sensible use of supplements such as Berimal Metabolizm, and regular check-ups constitute an extremely effective method of taking care of health. Thanks to this, we will not only reduce the risk of many ailments but also maintain good physical shape and proper body weight – says Agata Połasz, Brand Manager of USP Zdrowie.

Training with the Champion

As part of the campaign launch on September 22, in celebration of Car-Free Day, a special event took place – walking for health with the outstanding Polish athlete, racewalker, four-time Olympic champion – Robert Korzeniowski and his wife. Robert Korzeniowski conducted a training session for influencers and their loved ones, as well as for those who won tickets in a competition organized on social media. Walking, practiced by our multiple champion, is a sport activity involving fast and technically correct walking, which improves physical fitness and accelerates the body’s metabolism.
