Robert has been a key figure within USP Zdrowie for many years. He joined the organization in 2010 as HR Director, and over the years, he expanded his responsibilities to include leading HR & Organization, Communication, and commercial operations. Prior to joining the USP Group, he built extensive professional expertise, notably during his tenure at Diageo, where he oversaw HR within the company’s global structures. Today, he serves on the management boards of several USP Group companies, both in Poland and internationally, where he plays a critical role in shaping the group’s strategy and driving its commercial activities. In January 2023, he was appointed CEO of USP Zdrowie, bringing his wealth of experience and leadership to the role.

Marcin has been an integral part of USP Zdrowie’s journey since 2012, when he took on the role of Finance and IT Director. Before becoming a part of the USP Group, he gained extensive professional experience at Procter & Gamble, where he worked across various departments, including finance, sales, marketing, and manufacturing. He is a member of the management boards of multiple USP Group companies, both in Poland and internationally, with responsibility for the group’s key operational and financial activities. In January 2023, he was appointed Vice President of USP Zdrowie, while also assuming the role of President of US Pharmacia, the USP Group’s pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Anna joined USP Zdrowie in 2011, starting her journey in the Marketing Department. Since then, she has been instrumental in developing the Cold and Allergy category. Since 2022, she has been managing USP Zdrowie's largest commercial segment, which includes pain relief, cold and flu, gastrointestinal, and gynecological brands. Currently, she oversees Marketing, Marketing Communication, Sales, and Commercial Excellence. Prior to joining USP Zdrowie, she gained valuable marketing experience at Danone Group and Żywiec Group.

Wojciech joined USP Zdrowie in 2023, overseeing the digitalization initiatives for both USP Zdrowie and US Pharmacia (a pharmaceutical manufacturing entity within the USP Group) across Digital, AI, and Technology domains. Previously held positions at CCC Group, Deloitte, and Accenture, where he spearheaded digital transformation projects both domestically/internally and internationally.

Błażej joined USP Zdrowie in 2024 and is responsible for the commercial area of Health Maintenance & Prevention. Before joining USP Zdrowie, he gained extensive professional experience within the global structures of Sanofi, as well as at companies such as PepsiCo, Lotte Wedel, and Maspex Group.

Monika has been managing key HR processes within the USP Group since 2011. Since October 2023, as HR Director, she has been leading the HR departments of USP Zdrowie and US Pharmacia (the pharmaceutical manufacturing company within the USP Group), focusing on key aspects essential for both the short- and long-term development of each company. She has over 20 years of professional experience in HR, specializing in creating engaging work environments. Previously, she worked at companies such as IKEA Group Poland.

Kamil has been with USP Zdrowie since 2022, responsible for the Business Development area. He gained extensive experience in managing BD and R&D while working at companies such as Stada, Pierre Fabre, and Walmark.
