Service Regulations
The regulations define the terms regarding the use of the internet service USPZDROWIE.PL (site www.uspzdrowie.pl and product pages to which redirection can be found on the aforementioned site, and other services, referred to as the Service hereinafter and apply to all its users. Using the resources of the Service implies unconditional acceptance of all the terms below.
The user of the Service can be a natural person with full legal capacity. The user of the PRO Service can only be a person specified in the Terms and Conditions of this service (in particular, a doctor, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or another person engaged in the trade of medicinal products). The service is owned by the company USP Zdrowie sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 35, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Department of Commercial National Court Register under KRS number 0000347815, with a share capital of 25,610,250 PLN, NIP 701-021-92-41.
As part of the Service, USP Zdrowie provides Users with services delivered electronically, in particular:
- possibility to familiarize yourself with the content of the Service of an informational or advertising nature,
- possibility to report adverse reactions to medicinal products,
- possibility of asking questions about USP Zdrowie products to internal and external experts,
- possibility to contact USP Zdrowie for any other purpose (invoices, payments, complaints, product availability, contact with employees).
The information posted on the site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.
The information posted on the Service does not constitute medical advice or medical diagnosis. The use of products mentioned in the service should be in accordance with the information contained on the packaging and in the leaflets attached to these products or after consulting with a doctor or pharmacist.
Copyrights to the materials contained in the service are held by USP Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. Printing, copying, and other use of the content published in the service may only be for non-commercial purposes and personal use. In other cases, prior written consent from USP Zdrowie is required.
Trademarks, industrial designs, company and trade names (in particular product names) listed on the website are protected by generally applicable legal regulations. Their use requires written consent from USP Zdrowie sp. z o.o.
Information contained in the “For Professionals” section of the Service (PRO Service) is intended for individuals practicing as doctors, pharmacists, or pharmaceutical technicians, or for other individuals engaged in the trade of medicinal products. The information in this section may have a promotional nature directed exclusively to the aforementioned individuals. By using the PRO Service, the User confirms that they have the right to do so.
Opinions, comments, suggestions submitted by Users of the Service regarding issues contained in the service will not be treated as confidential information. USP Zdrowie acquires a free right to use such information without any restrictions, particularly in the fields of production, distribution, and marketing of its own products.
Personal data of the Users of the service, provided during the use of the service, are processed in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy. The service contains information about products and services, not all of which are available in every country where USP Group companies operate.
USP Zdrowie prohibits integrating the service into other sites that do not belong to the Company.
USP Zdrowie Sp. z o.o., despite adhering to the highest standards of diligence, cannot completely exclude the existence of computer viruses on the site or other errors that prevent or hinder the use of the Service. The user of the service, for his own safety, is obliged to secure his computer against viruses and their effects. USP Zdrowie is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from an interruption in access to the internet network or the Service, or due to computer system errors caused by viruses.
USP Zdrowie may at any time transfer or deactivate, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Service for the purpose of performing maintenance and/or improvements and/or implementing changes to the Service.
USP Zdrowie reserves the right to make changes and correct the information contained in the Service at any time and to any extent without prior notification to Users.
USP Zdrowie accepts no responsibility for damages caused by downloading materials from the Service and their further use.
In all matters concerning the use of the Service, the relevant legal provisions in force within the territory of the Republic of Poland apply, including, in particular, the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001 – Pharmaceutical Law and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services.
USP Zdrowie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions come into effect 7 days from the date of publication on the Website of the Service.
All irregularities in the functioning of the service and other types of complaints regarding the service should be submitted in writing to the USP Zdrowie address indicated in this legal notice, or electronically to the address [email protected]. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of their submission.
